Our Projects

Below is a sampling of some of our favorite builds. From affordable, durable rental homes to grand, luxurious colonials and everything in between, we approach every home as though we’re building it for our own family.

North Oaks Drive

This 1,508 sq. ft. patio home—set in one of Salem’s most desirable neighborhoods—offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The exterior features an all-brick facade with front and rear covered porches. The interior features 9 ft. ceilings and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, granite countertops, and a large tile shower in the owner’s suite.

Live Oak Court

Completed in February 2022, this stately colonial offers its owners 3,110 finished sq. ft. with an additional 1,264 sq. ft. of unfinished basement for future expansion. The first floor features a two-story foyer, 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, a coffered ceiling in the dining room, a dedicated office, ventless gas logs, and custom kitchen cabinetry with quartz countertops. The second floor offers a 19’ x 16’ owner’s suite with 9’ x 8’ sitting area and 10’ x 12’ private covered porch; three additional bedrooms, a full bath, a spacious laundry room, and two storage closets. The brick-to-grade exterior offers two low-maintenance and ultra-durable Trex composite decking with white vinyl railing.

Indiana Street

No project more demonstrates Patrick and Jamie’s vision than the development of five single-family homes on Indiana Street in Salem. Patrick and Jamie saw beyond the current reality—a 99-year-old uninhabitable house—to what could be. They demolished the existing structure which required asbestos testing and abatement. With a clean slate, Patrick collaborated with the home designer, engineers, and building officials to maximize the property’s potential within acceptable building code parameters. Jamie set out to find durable, yet affordable finishes that would withstand the wear and tear of renters for years to come.

Basement Finish

The goal of this basement finish was to create an extension of the main living space, maintaining the home’s overall aesthetic and design integrity. Finishes were selected to seamlessly blend with the home’s upper levels—from the light swirl texture of the plaster walls to the white oak newel post and wrought iron balusters pattern of the stairway. The home’s original cabinet builder was engaged to create a custom built-in entertainment center with storage and shelving, as well as a bold, navy vanity for the full bathroom. The finished product was a cohesive space that added additional living space and increased this home’s value.
